What an impressive picture! I’d love to be on there and get the chance to experience and see it myself! I guess it’s mostly cold enough for that in Northern Europe. Could you move your fingers afterwards? :)
Sea smoke occurs only during the first very cold days, something like below 10C, while there is no ice yet.
In Helsinki weather I can take photos using thin outdoors gloves for several hours almost always.
