Learning to See in Helsinki

According to a Finnish belief, Jaakko throws a cold stone on his name day (25th July) and the stone makes the waters cold again.

The Unscientific Society of Finland also throws the stone every year. I didn’t hear what was their theory behind the cooling this year but they were shouting cha cha cha.
